Jenny Quiner runs Dogpatch Urban Gardens (DUG), an urban farm located in Des Moines, Iowa. Dogpatch Urban Gardens property is on one acre of land in a residential area, and roughly 1/4 of that acre is under cultivation. The farm has been in operation for three seasons and specializes in growing annual vegetable crops focusing on salad oriented crops. All crops are grown using organic methods.
